Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our site reliability efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and system administration, with a proven track record of driving high availability and reliability in complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of automation frameworks to streamline operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure seamless integration across teams.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization tools like Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform/Helm/Ansible.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Expertise in distributed systems, databases, and load balancing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with database optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of autoscaling methods and previous experience in an SRE or DevOps leadership role.
  • Understanding of compliance and security best practices in distributed systems.
