Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

Overview:

  • This position requires a seasoned risk management professional with experience in identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Identification and Assessment:
    • Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to identify potential operational risks.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize potential losses.
    • Ensure the implementation of risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics to identify potential issues.
    • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, including key findings and recommendations.
  • Third Party Risk Management:
    • Manage third-party relationships, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
    • Identify and assess potential risks associated with third-party interactions.
  • Policy Development:
    • Assist in the development and updating of operational risk policies and procedures.
    • Ensure policies are aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a risk management role, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment.

Required Skills:

  • Operational risk and knowledge of operational risk management framework.
  • Risk identification, risk monitoring, risk mitigation, risk reporting techniques and systems.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
