Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Architect to join our team at HCLTech.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust network solutions, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer within the organization. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will work closely with customers to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy network solutions, including software and hardware components.
  • Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies to identify network infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers, outlining proposed network solutions and benefits.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive engagement with existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standards to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 12-20 years of experience in network architecture, design, implementation, and management.
  • CCNP or CCIE certification is desired, but not required; CCNA is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), routing, switching, and security technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings, site visits, and training sessions.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
