Job Overview

Craft visually engaging interfaces and design systems across a variety of digital projects as a UI Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-fidelity UI assets, layouts, icons, and component libraries for digital interfaces.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to best practices in usability, visual hierarchy, contrast, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate to implement consistent branding across products.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and smooth design implementation.
  • Coordinate with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into visual solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, documentation, and style guides.
  • Review and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability data.
  • Stay informed about the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Participate in critiques and contribute to elevating overall team craft.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in UI or Visual Design for digital products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web or app UI, visual design, and consistency across interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Solid grasp of color, typography, layout, spacing, and iconography.
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present rationale for visual choices.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and balance multiple projects.
