Job Title: Software Development Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled software development innovator to join our team. As a key member of our R&D group, you will be responsible for architecting and building next-gen AI-powered code review systems that integrate human expertise with artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-infused features for deep code analysis and review.
  • Integrate language models into development workflows to design tooling that speaks to developers in their own language.
  • Design and scale smart systems with efficiency in mind, from local setups to cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with ideation and innovation teams to contribute your creativity, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Stay at the bleeding edge of generative AI and software engineering best practices through continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with strong fundamentals and clean, scalable code.
  • Proficiency in modern backend stacks, including TypeScript/Node.js, although other server-side languages are also welcome.
  • Experience with distributed systems, high-performance computing, and cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Advantageous hands-on knowledge of code search, code graphs, static analysis tools, and frameworks like tree-sitter.
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, AI, or equivalent, with a passion for tackling complex problems and sharing knowledge with others.
