Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development group, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.

With at least 10 years of experience in software development, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams, providing technical guidance and support. You will also be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Design scalable and efficient software solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
