We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounting to drive financial management, compliance, and process optimization in our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and reporting systems (Ind AS, IFRS, statutory requirements)
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivables, ledger management, and reconciliations
  • Manage taxation & audits (GST, TDS, Income Tax), ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead & mentor the finance team, improving efficiency and financial processes
Requirements:
  • Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years in accounting, compliance, and financial management
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle)
  • Industry Background: Experience in renewable energy, power generation, or EPC preferred
  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, financial planning, and compliance expertise
