We are seeking an experienced frontend developer to lead our team in implementing cutting-edge web applications.

This role requires a strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks, UI/UX best practices, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Execution:
    • Develop and evolve the front-end architecture of our product.
    • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable UI features.
    • Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and functional features.
    • Contribute to full-stack development when needed, ensuring seamless integration across layers.
  • Team Mentorship & Code Quality:
    • Guide and support junior and mid-level developers through mentorship and code reviews.
    • Establish and enforce coding standards, modular design practices, and component reuse.
    • Drive engineering excellence through design discussions, architecture reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Frontend Development & Integration:
    • Develop responsive and maintainable UIs using React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Work with modern state management libraries (Redux, Pinia, Vuex, Zustand, etc.).
    • Build and maintain shared component libraries and internal design systems.
    • Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, handling authentication, routing, and dynamic content.
    • Apply modular CSS techniques using SCSS, PostCSS, CSS Modules, or Tailwind.
  • Performance, Accessibility, and Testing:
    • Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
    • Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across screen sizes.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years in frontend development with experience in React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proficient in component-based architecture, UI/UX best practices, and scalable CSS.
  • Deep experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Knowledge of routing, authentication flows, lazy loading, and code splitting.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including SOLID and DRY.
  • Experience with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Full stack experience with Node.js, Express, or serverless backend environments.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Storybook) and implementing pixel-perfect UIs.
  • Exposure to accessibility standards and performance audits.
  • Experience working in startup or agile product development environments.
