About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Security Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the security of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end security sign-off processes across multiple product development streams.
  2. Coordinate security review workflows, track timelines, and ensure Service Level Agreement compliance.
  3. Lead security exception management program including intake, assessment coordination, and approval tracking.
  4. Facilitate cross-functional security program meetings and stakeholder communications.
  5. Develop and maintain security program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  6. Oversee security risk posture documentation and communicate risk trends to leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate AI governance processes for generative AI implementations, ensuring proper review workflows.
  8. Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within security operations, including leveraging GenAI and agentic AI.
  9. Establish and maintain security program documentation, standards, and operating procedures.

About You

  • You have 4-8 years of experience in program/project coordination, preferably in security or risk domains.
  • You possess strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • You have experience with security review processes and exception management.
  • You are familiar with security frameworks and risk management principles.
  • You have knowledge of AI/ML project lifecycles and governance considerations.
  • You can effectively communicate with technical and business teams.
  • You have proficiency in tracking tools, documentation systems, and process management.
  • You hold relevant certifications or training like Security+ (CompTIA), CISSP Associate or AI/ML Security.
  • You have experience working in financial services or regulated industries.
  • You have a background in security operations or product development support.
  • You have experience incorporating agentic AI solutions into internal business processes, preferably on AWS Bedrock.
