We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive the successful delivery of complex projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering results-oriented solutions within the property and casualty insurance space.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek systems.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
