Senior Digital Marketing Manager Position

As a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth for our D2C brands by developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines, and emerging channels.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to drive customer acquisition and retention for D2C brands.
    • Manage daily campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on investment.
  • Campaign Optimization & Growth:
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, target audiences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize ad funnels (from click to conversion) to reduce customer acquisition cost and improve return on ad spend.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website user experience and conversion rate optimization.
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and data visualization software.
    • Provide regular performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast campaign performance based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Market Research & Audiences:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale targeted audiences using lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based targeting.
    • Create customer segments and lifecycle campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Team Collaboration & Creative Direction:
    • Work closely with creative teams to guide ad content development (videos, static ads, user-generated content, influencer collaborations).
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
    • Drive innovation by experimenting with new ad formats, channels, and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (social media, search engines, etc.).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Data Studio).
  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, customer lifetime value, average order value, retention, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital marketing campaigns with significant monthly ad spends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
