Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Communication & Branding

Develop innovative visual concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.

Create infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly.

  • Campaign & Event Collateral

Design engaging materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.

Work with the team to create captivating visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences, including children, youth, and vulnerable road users.

  • Content & Storytelling

Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.

Support the creation of visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and public-facing reports.

  • Digital & Social Media

Develop dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.

Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content.

  • Photography & Videography

Help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.

Work with external photographers and videographers as needed.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with urban mobility, road safety, or public health campaigns.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative and impactful design work.
