UI/UX Designer Job Description

At Unstop, we're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for collecting user requirements, researching, investigating, and evaluating user needs to deliver an outstanding user experience. Your exceptional design skills will provide an intuitive application design that meets our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate user requirements, develop and implement new designs and layouts.
  • Create low and high-fidelity sketches, UI mockups and prototypes that illustrate how our digital products look.
  • Contribute to projects along with product managers, developers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Understand customer journey, conduct competitive and visual analysis of our digital products.
  • Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications.
  • Intrigue us with new ideas or observations and make adjustments as per feedback.
  • Build a strategy in reaching out to our target audience.
  • Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs.
  • Conduct, observe and analyze usability testing sessions.
  • Work with frontend and full-stack developers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Figma is a must.
  • Must know Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD and have knowledge of Corel Draw.
  • Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience of at least 1 year and a maximum of 3 years with a portfolio of sample projects.
