Job Title: UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered experiences, particularly in B2C sectors like Travel, Insurance, Delivery, or similar industries. You should be well-versed in industry-standard UX tools, have a solid understanding of design principles, and demonstrate a keen ability to transform complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user journeys, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research (including user interviews, surveys, A/B testing) and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders, to define user requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and ensure consistency across all user interfaces.
  • Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating your design rationale and how it addresses both user and business objectives.
  • Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles to ensure usability and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design concepts meets the intended vision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field from a reputed design school/university.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in B2C environments (Travel, Insurance, Delivery, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design assets.
  • Solid understanding of animation and motion design (a plus).
  • Knowledge of statistics and data analysis to inform design decisions (a plus).
