Quality Assurance Tester

We seek a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

This QA Tester will focus on functional and regression testing across various platforms, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual functional testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements.
  • Validate bug fixes, track issues in the bug tracking system, and ensure they are resolved.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that defects are reported clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies to align testing with delivery timelines.
  • Support UAT with clients and stakeholders.
Performance Metrics
  • Defect Detection Rate: ≥ 95% of critical issues identified before release.
  • Defect Leakage: ≤ 5% of high-severity issues reported post-release.
  • Test Coverage: ≥ 90% of functional requirements validated per sprint.
  • Bug Closure Rate: ≥ 90% of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.
Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
  • Able to write clear and structured test cases.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience testing AMS, LMS, e-commerce, or membership platforms.
  • Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools (basic validation).
  • Exposure to WordPress, React/Next.js-based platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance testing basics.
