Lead Project Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Value Engineering Initiatives:
  • Foster a value-driven mindset, navigating complex situations to deliver maximum business value throughout the operation's value chain.
Analysis and Coordination:
  • Utilize MIS, budget control, cost analytics, AOP processes, SAP, ASTA, documentation, and change management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate seamless delivery of drawings and decisions to prevent construction stoppages.
Process Adherence and Leadership:
  • Emphasize process orientation to handle scale operations efficiently, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
Construction and Execution Expertise:
  • Provide guidance and direction to site teams, ensuring technical solutions and successful project completion with agility and collaboration.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
  • Pursue innovation and adaptation to drive cost efficiency and ease of construction, identifying and recommending process improvement ideas.
Learning and Development Opportunities:
  • Identify self and team development needs, pursuing training, education, and projects to enhance skills and expertise.
