Japanese Language Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a position requiring proficiency in Japanese language and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (N3 Level) is mandatory.
  • Excellent organisational skills, process oriented and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication at all levels and influencing skills across peer group and senior levels.

This role requires working on various tasks that necessitate strong Japanese language skills, organisational abilities, and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of operations experience.

A high degree of influencing skills across peer group and more senior levels, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team are required for this role. You must also be self-starter, motivated with a strong delivery focus, lead by example, and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills both in writing and verbally.

  • Confidentiality – ability to handle sensitive data in line with data protection regulations.
  • Flexible attitude to work (working client workdays and time).
  • International HR Shared Service experience desirable.
