We are seeking a highly motivated researcher with expertise in language model training for machine translation between Japanese, English, and Southeast Asian languages.
The ideal candidate will conduct cutting-edge research, collaborate with an international team, and publish results in top AI conferences or journals.
A Ph.D. or Masters in Computer Science background or Bachelor's with hands-on experience in Python and language processing is required.
The successful applicant will have strong experimentation capability, passion for cutting-edge research, and smooth English communication skills.
Japanese language and/or one of Southeast Asian languages are preferred, as well as knowledge and prior project experience in reinforcement learning.
Responsibilities:- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish results in top AI conferences or journals

- Strong experimentation capability (accountability, agility, problem-solving skills, etc.)
