As a technical visionary, you will play a key role in shaping our API strategy to drive business growth and improve health outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical guidance to clients during the API onboarding process to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation, including integration guides and troubleshooting manuals, to support client success.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on API usage and best practices to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve API-related issues and implement process improvements to optimize integration efficiency.
  • Conduct technical analysis to evaluate the feasibility, performance, and security of API solutions to inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding company policies and procedures, as well as adhering to employment contract terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in API development, integration, or support.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in programming languages commonly used for API development, such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
    • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Postman).
    • Deep understanding of API security best practices and protocols.
