Cloud Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer with deep expertise in AWS, serverless architectures, and TypeScript to fill this challenging role.

This is a hands-on development position that requires the ability to maintain and enhance automated deployments, allowing our DevOps team to promote solutions seamlessly across environments.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly familiarize themselves with an ongoing project, take ownership of user stories, and deliver high-quality, production-ready features with minimal guidance.

  • Develop a rapid understanding of an existing project's architecture.
  • Independently design, develop, and deploy new features using AWS serverless technologies.
  • Define and implement schemas and data models for DynamoDB.
  • Set up and maintain fully automated deployments for development environments.
  • Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth promotion to higher environments.
  • Build and integrate APIs with API Gateway and implement event-driven patterns using Event Bridge and Kinesis.
  • Maintain a CI/CD pipeline on GitLab.
  • Write robust automated tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
  • Contribute to a highly scalable, consumer-facing system capable of handling high throughput.
