Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative thinker with strong expertise in Webflow to drive user experience and interface design.

This unique hybrid role requires someone who can manage the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive product designs and building complex websites in Webflow.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful and functional user interfaces.
About the Role:
  • 40%: Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features.
  • 60%: Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize our company websites using Webflow.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures and dynamic content.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
