Lead Valuation Specialist

As a Lead Valuation Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the valuation process from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the valuation process from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assign valuation requests to qualified agents and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in valuation reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to valuation assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and real estate agents/brokers regarding valuation inquiries, updates, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in international voice processes (US)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of valuation processes and procedures
