The primary goal of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

  • Closure of Business: The successful candidate will be responsible for closing business transactions in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to finalize deals.
  • Cash Tallying: This role involves tallying cash at the end of each day, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.
  • Data Entry Volume: The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage data entry volume per month, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Data Entry Quality: Maintaining high standards of data entry quality is crucial, as it directly impacts the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Document Quality Check: The Transaction Officer will be responsible for conducting document quality checks, ensuring that all documents meet the required standards.
  • Document Quality Check Volume: Managing document quality check volume per month is essential, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer Queries Resolution: Attending to customer queries and resolving issues related to cash transactions is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Collaboration and Communication: The successful candidate will work closely with GCO and Unit Manager to facilitate disbursement and collections, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the process.
  • Process Adherence: It is essential to adhere to established processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
