Candidates from the same industry, specifically Educational Consulting Services, are preferred.

  • A minimum of 6 months on-paper experience as an ATL is required.
Industry and Education Requirements

The selected candidate should have a background in the Education Sales Industry. A graduation or post-graduation degree is also mandatory. Additionally, they must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • The Assistant Team Leader will establish a strong working relationship with the team and encourage daily sales.
  • They will manage a team of enthusiastic sales professionals and ensure target completion.
  • Promoting online and distance learning programs to aspirants seeking career growth is another key responsibility.
  • Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly reports on sales and reviewing them on a timely basis is essential.
  • The selected candidate will work together with colleagues and teams from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
  • They will retrain and reskill existing employees on strategies and effective sales processes.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to strengthen the internal team is a critical aspect of this role.
  • The Assistant Team Leader will provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate suspects and close deals.
