Job Description:

As a key member of the Product Management group and Engineering team, you will play a vital role in driving data-driven insights.

  • Develop enterprise-level and project-level data models, ensuring synchronization and adherence to Enterprise Architecture through proper change management.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics leaders to understand business needs and translate them into conceptual, logical, and physical data models using industry standards.
  • Manage multiple projects' data models, ensuring reusability of model and approach across different business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Perform data modeling, including model management, consolidation, and integration. Manage existing standards for naming and abbreviation conventions, data definitions, ownership, documentation, procedures, and techniques.

Requirements:

Typically requires 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Software Engineering; or 10 years and a Master's degree in Computer or Software Engineering.

Demonstrated strength in examining issues, driving resolution, and influencing effectively across the organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), including explaining digital concepts to business leaders and business concepts to technologists.
