Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 20 years of experience in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Proven leadership track record managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies; familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines.
