Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our creative team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social media, short-form videos, and more.

About the Role:
  • Develop static and motion graphics for digital platforms (social media, banners, reels, YouTube, etc.)
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements
  • Contribute to ideation sessions with creative solutions and visual storytelling insights
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform-specific formats, and design best practices

We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup. A strong portfolio showcasing digital expertise and creative range is essential.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro) and basic motion design skills. Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages from a design/typography standpoint is beneficial.
