Digital Strategy Lead Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to spearhead digital initiatives within our call center operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital strategies aligned with our business goals, focusing on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Manage Digital Channels: Oversee the optimization and management of digital channels, including chat, email, web, and self-service platforms, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision making, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Foster cross-functional collaboration with CX, IT, and Ops teams to drive innovation and excellence in digital strategy execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Digital Strategy Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital operations, or customer experience, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of call center tools, platforms, and KPIs, as well as hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk), analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology and customer trends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B2C/B2B Experience: Background in B2C/B2B customer service environments, with experience in managing digital initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Certifications and Training: Certifications in Digital Marketing, Agile, or CX tools, demonstrating a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
