Epsilon Carbon is seeking a seasoned Corporate Strategist to drive growth and innovation within the organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, identifying opportunities for expansion, and fostering a culture of innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Corporate Development: Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, leading due diligence processes and negotiations.
  • Innovation Initiatives: Foster a culture of innovation, driving growth through new products, services, and business models.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to navigate fast-changing business environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.)
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors
  • Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting
  • Experience in techno-commercial functions is a strong advantage
