Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Estimation Engineer.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a remote environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in automation or HVAC-related estimation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Assessment
    • Evaluate project specifications, technical requirements, and scope of work
    • Conduct thorough technical analysis and feasibility studies
  • Cost Estimation
    • Utilize industry knowledge and estimation software tools to deliver accurate cost estimates
    • Continuously refine estimation methodologies and processes to ensure optimal results
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate closely with Design, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution
    • Provide expert support to Project and Operations teams as needed
  • Proposal and Documentation Development
    • Assist in the development of proposals, bids, and tender documents that meet client needs
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects
  • Client and Vendor Interaction
    • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors through effective communication
    • Negotiate terms related to cost estimates and project requirements to ensure mutual understanding
  • Risk Management and Continuous Learning
    • Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project execution and develop mitigation strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve performance

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a remote team environment.
