Job Title: Automation Systems Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Specialist to fill a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation systems and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new automation solutions
  • Design and test automation equipment and processes
  • Program new automated components
  • Identify quality issues and document findings
  • Eliminate defects and errors with product and software development
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or similar field
  • Proficiency in Automation programming languages (S7, B R Automation Studio, CX programmer)
  • Experience with robotics, AI, and machine learning
  • Project management experience
  • Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
  • Able to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to communicate well with other members of the development team
  • Manual dexterity
  • Able to keep up with the latest technologies

This role requires a strong passion for automation and a willingness to continuously upgrade technical knowledge. German language proficiency is highly desirable but not required.
