Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for providing Sales Support activities for SI RAM Customer in the USA.

Your Role

  • Responsible for Sales Support activities for SI RAM Customer in the USA.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with good academic records.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with exposure to US customers preferred.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Sales functions, Bid Support, and handling pre-sales support activities.
  • Manage time effectively and adhere to quick turnaround times and KPIs.
  • Good knowledge of office tools like Excel, PPT, and reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, quick learner, and flexible working for extended tasks.
  • Flexible to work in US-Indian time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with good academic records.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with exposure to US customers preferred.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Sales functions, Bid Support, and handling pre-sales support activities.
  • Knowledge of techno-commercial terms, documentation, sales processes, and related functions.
