Job Description

As the Head of Investment Casting Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our investment casting team. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Production Plans: Create and execute production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Manage Resource Allocation: Effectively manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure high-quality output and meet customer requirements.
  • Lead and Motivate Teams: Lead and motivate a team of production personnel to achieve operational excellence and promote a culture of safety.
  • Monitor and Improve Processes: Continuously analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Executive-level experience in investment casting;
  • In-depth knowledge of investment casting processes, materials, and equipment;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial performance;
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills;
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic business decisions;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software;
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
