Housekeeping Job Overview

The housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

This position requires an individual who is attentive to detail, proactive in their work approach, and able to maintain high standards of service delivery at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and restock guest rooms, including linens, towels, and amenities;
  • Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items;
  • Make beds and fold terry;
  • Clean bathrooms and dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings;
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items;
  • Check appliances in the room and report any issues;
  • Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances;
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure they meet our high standards;
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
