The Technical Software Quality Assurance Lead will develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning: Create detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on functional specifications, user stories, and requirements.
  • Test Design: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Test Execution: Perform manual and automated tests to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure software quality.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct regular regression tests to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems, and work with developers to facilitate resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, experience with automation testing tools, and excellent problem-solving skills.
