Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Software Development in Test (SDET) professional to lead our quality assurance initiatives and drive software quality at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and methodologies to ensure seamless software deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute quality assurance initiatives, defining software readiness criteria and ensuring timely production deployment.
- Enhance testing efficiency by spotting bottlenecks, providing technical guidance, and automating key workflows to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and regression suites across functional, performance, and security testing to guarantee high-quality releases.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex issues, working closely with engineering teams for swift resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, leveraging best practices in QA, test automation, and DevOps-driven testing to enhance our testing capabilities.
- Define key metrics for software quality, tracking test effectiveness, and championing continuous improvements to drive business growth.
- 5+ years of experience in software development in test (SDET).
- Proficiency in test automation, scripting, and no-code tool creation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.).
- Proven track record leading QA efforts in medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and automation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Patrol (Flutter-based), Appium, or similar automation frameworks.
- Skilled at defining test plans, quality metrics, and test strategies.
- Knowledge of at least one modern OOP language.
- Experience collaborating with dev teams on test strategies, automation, and CI/CD integration.
- Experience working with external SDET teams to define test expectations and execution plans.
