Job Overview:

The ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure technically feasible solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Understanding Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system architecture.
  • Scripting automated processes, including Business rule, script action, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, and CSDM framework implementation.
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details and preparing training material for projects.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow and a moderate understanding of Database level architecture.

  • Essential Skills:
  • Technical expertise in implementing ServiceNow OTM modules.
  • Familiarity with Networking concepts, DMZ zones, and cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages, including PowerShell.
  • Ability to document complex technical information.
