Senior Operations Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performance team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced engineering environment.

We are seeking an experienced operations expert with strong leadership skills to manage our devops teams. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our operations engineers, including customer service management, managed services operations, and consistent product improvement engineering.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily agile devops practices and ensuring the team is aligned with business objectives
  • Representing the operations team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
  • Organizing, coordinating, and driving internal projects to meet service level agreements
  • Mentoring engineers to improve their skills and identify areas for growth
  • Implementing structured engineering and operations processes to ensure consistency and efficiency

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing devops teams, and delivering quality managed services. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional requirements include:

  • Proven experience with infrastructure as code and software delivery
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems
  • Experience with cloud topologies and technologies
