Job Title: Senior Back End Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack developer to join our remote engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain APIs and backend systems in Ruby on Rails and Go.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to deliver robust features.
  • Optimize performance, scalability and security of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Go.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL and background job processing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker is a plus.
  • Good communication and remote collaboration skills.
