The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.

Job Description:
  • Research Services: Identify and engage prospective clients, prepare external marketing and strategic business development materials, and take charge of revenue targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Project Management: Lead on-the-ground implementation and management of research and projects across multiple countries, manage key project-level relationships, and organize events/workshops.
  • Market Ecosystem Research: Conduct market ecosystem research to further gender-lens investing, research new and emerging thematic and impact investment trends, and develop outreach materials such as policy papers and concept notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience in project management, research, management consulting, business development, and/or similar experience.
  • Familiarity with the financing/investment and SME landscape preferred.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Experience in managing business advisory and consulting projects, preferably in the impact investment, development, or SME space.
  • Excellent People Leader, team player, and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership ability.
