SAP Datasphere Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Datasphere consultant to join our team.

Job Description

As a SAP Datasphere consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data management solutions for enterprise-scale analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and integrate data pipelines, ensuring secure and scalable data flows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains within SAP Datasphere.
  • Ensuring data governance and security by managing tenant setup, user roles, object- and row-level security, and metadata catalogs.
  • Integrating SAP and non-SAP systems through APIs and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborating with functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere in multiple implementations.
  • Strong data modeling skills, including SQL, CDS, and graph.
  • Proficiency in replication, ETL, and task chains.
  • Expertise in security design, including roles, scopes, and cataloging.
  • Experience integrating SAP Datasphere with SAC, external APIs, and scripting languages.
  • Understanding of SAP BTP architecture and cloud security.
  • Domain knowledge in areas such as finance, supply chain, and sales.
Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in SAP BW/HANA analytics.
  • At least 2 years of SAP Datasphere-focused project work.
