Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining synopsis for transactions and monitoring events of occurrence for each new transaction.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance & Accounts) and managing work-related transactions, execution, compliance, and recovery of fees effectively.

  • Monitoring interest payments, following up with clients and respective authorities as per SEBI guidelines.

  • ERP data entry (uploading related documents, payment schedules, payment confirmations, and execution-related entries).

  • Arranging and coordinating executions with clients and POA or internal signatories.

  • Clearing invoices for POA.

  • Monitoring shares and transferring funds.

  • Obtaining NOCs for flats, redemption, part redemption, refinancing, and satisfaction.

  • Maintaining a list of documents in custody (stock holdings, offices, or other places).

  • Managing pledge and unpledged shares.

  • Processing custody letters.

  • Entering data in CERSAI.

  • Preparing Annexure A.

  • Performing other day-to-day tasks as instructed by the reporting manager.

  • Maintaining turnaround times for customer requests and issues (TAT).

  • Following up with clients for BENPOS, QCR, and HLY data.
