About the Devotional Content Role

We are seeking a skilled content professional to join our team in creating engaging and informative content for devotional audiences worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and editing skills in English and Hindi, as well as a passion for the devotional space.

This role involves developing high-quality content across multiple formats and channels while maintaining editorial standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, engaging, and reader-friendly content for Indian and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Research and create in-depth content on devotional topics, including articles, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Translation and Editing: Create and translate content for various marketing collaterals and channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and keywords in the devotional space, creating fresh and relevant content.
  • Quality Assurance: Set up content quality benchmarks and manage the quality of published content, ensuring it meets editorial standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with writers, designers, and other teams to deliver impactful content and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Writing Skills: Strong English/Hindi writing skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative content.
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Hindi/English speaking and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Devotional Knowledge: Interest in devotional, mythology, and spiritual spaces, with a good understanding of these topics.
  • Data Analysis: Good understanding of data and ability to gather insights, supporting content creation and decision-making.
  • Accountability: Highly accountable and takes initiatives, with a process-oriented mindset and scale thinking.
