Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Vimerse Infotech Inc. in Navi Mumbai, India.

This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales and marketing activities for our real estate properties in Navi Mumbai
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective negotiation and closing skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns promptly
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Navi Mumbai and ability to stay updated on market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
