Job Title: Associate Director Strategy

As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing sustainable growth initiatives for the organization. You will spearhead the planning process for various cycles, including short-term and long-term plans, to ensure alignment with senior leadership and departmental goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in consultancy and at least 7 years of experience in international markets. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project and program plans, including risk management, action items, issues, and dependencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic business initiatives from concept to successful execution
  • Establishing frameworks and standards for program and project management
  • Working effectively with diverse teams to identify and implement best solutions
  • Providing project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting, financial management, and change management
  • Ensuring program benefits are identified, quantified, and realized

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the development of projects with diverse challenges, such as innovation, new products, supply chain, and strategic whitespace development
  • Maintaining and updating the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO
  • Conducting data analysis to turn unstructured data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions
  • Structuring ambiguous problems and taking action to solve them
  • Benchmarking across industries globally (internally) and externally across other organizations on best practices

The ideal candidate will have robust financial modeling skills, experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, and knowledge of efficient change management methods. Experience in valuations, M&As, and growth strategy will be a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • At least 7 years of experience in international markets
  • Robust financial modeling skills
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
