Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining infrastructure for field and network operations, including Internet Data Centers and Network spaces.

Your primary objective will be to drive efficiency and availability by designing and implementing innovative solutions. This will involve coordinating with technical teams for new enhancements/issue resolution and driving initiatives for industrialization and efficiencies.

You will also be responsible for managing complete capacity distribution and traffic activation on the cable system, providing manpower technical resource support for internal customers during project implementation, and maintaining critical power and environment quality standards.

To achieve these objectives, you will need to ensure reliability and robustness of cable systems, set up configurations, track and monitor environment performance, and represent interests of TCL in cable consortiums.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain facilities, ensuring sufficient focus on optimizing cost of facility infrastructure while maintaining reliability.

Responsibilities:
