Database Developer Role

At a leading enterprise, we seek dynamic and resourceful Database Developers to join our exciting journey.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to product roadmaps and work on various projects. As an integral part of the team, you will design, develop, and implement database systems based on client requirements.

You will create complex functions, scripts, and stored procedures to design databases that optimize application efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing database systems based on client requirements
  • Creating complex SQL functions, scripts, and stored procedures
  • Identifying and resolving bugs, production tasks, and complex user stories
  • Contributing to product improvements, both functionally and technically
  • Participating in performance enhancements, framework development, documentation, and peer reviews

Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the scalability and performance of existing database architecture, mentoring junior resources in Database Development, performing database maintenance, migration, and upgrades, and conducting benchmarking activities.

Key skills required for this position include technical expertise in Database Development, specifically Microsoft SQL Server for SaaS Based Products, and experience working with ERP, CRM, and HRMS applications.
