High-Level Mechanical Engineer Position

This is a high-level engineering position that focuses on developing innovative mechanical designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new product designs using CAD tools such as Creo and SolidWorks.
  • Lead the development of large assemblies using simplified reps in Creo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes for machined and sheet metal components.
  • Ensure compliance with GD&T standards.
  • Manage Bill of Materials and manufacturing drawings.
  • Source new parts and materials.
  • Possess knowledge of semiconductor domain principles.
Required Skills
  • Mechanical or electro-mechanical engineer with expertise in 3D CAD tools.
  • Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM systems and BOM management.
  • Expertise in PLM system – ECO/ECN.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods and material selection.
  • Exposure to electrical components and simulation.
Responsibilities
  • NPD/NPI experience with a focus on electromechanical product design.
  • Extensive experience in Creo, SAP, ECTR, Windchill, and Teamcenter.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, welding, plating, coating, and surface finish requirements.
  • BOM preparation and manufacturing drawing expertise.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a highly skilled mechanical engineer with expertise in CAD tools, PDM/PLM systems, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
