About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Manage manufacturing schedules and sequences.
- Coordinate with projects, design, welding, and other internal departments.
- Prepare fabrication sequences for vessels and heat exchangers.
- Develop fixture plans and execute them.
- Guide production and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare manufacturing schedules in MS Project and monitor them.
- Review schedules and create recovery plans.
- Prepare shop loads and monitor them, highlighting requirements in advance.
- Identify constraints and highlight them.
- Plan daily processes.
- Maintain safety rules and regulations, ensuring good housekeeping.
- Take initiative in standardizing processes and procedures.
- Review and develop productivity norms.
About You
- Diploma with 12-15 years of experience.
- B. Tech with 8-10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Good knowledge of pressure vessels, heaters, and planning requirements.
Work Environment:
Spends most of the time in a temperature-controlled office environment. May require site deputation or international deputation.
Physical Demands:
Frequent sitting and operating a computer in a fast-paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change.
