Job Overview

As a Senior Analytics Analyst – Property and Casualty, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise to optimize P&C policy performance and contribute to the success of our organization.

You will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring P&C policy data with a primary focus on Property, while also partnering with operations & IT teams to enhance data quality controls and solutions.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Developing and maintaining databases, dashboards, and other tools to support data analysis and visualization;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and recommendations;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and related technologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in data analysis and statistics, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, mathematics, data science, economics, or a related field is required. Additionally, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in data analytics/finance/insurance (P&C preferred) and proficiency in SQL, R, or Python, as well as experience with visualization tools such as Power BI.
